My goal is to empower you to identify and overcome personal obstacles that are preventing you from getting the most out of life. I strive to create a warm, supportive, empathetic, understanding and, most importantly, collaborative environment from the comfort of your own home.


Throughout our sessions, we will tackle life’s challenges—whether they may be problems of anxiety, self-esteem, or unhealthy patterns of behavior, so you can thrive in your day to day life. 

We will work together to reduce stress, worry, and anxiety by identifying what you value, explore emotions and be mindful, and act in a way that creates a meaningful life.


My Approach

I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, phobias and fears, eating disorders, life transitions and gender dysphoria. My background is in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and my hope is to help you live a more meaningful life.

ACT is a safe, evidenced-based approach that helps you live in the moment and move toward more valued behaviors. By learning how to handle unwanted thoughts, feelings, and urges more effectively, you can overcome even your most difficult problems, building a more satisfying life.

I work with teens and adults who are located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Tennessee. In addition, I also work with transgender individuals. I offer nonjudgmental guidance and support to people from all backgrounds through individual and family counseling.
