Individual Therapy Rate
Alexa: 45 minute session $140
Thomas: 50 minute session $40

Do you accept insurance?
Alexa is in-network with Aetna, Optum and Quest (in PA, NJ and TN), and can also provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.

Do you offer sliding scale?
Thomas offers a generous sliding scale for clients. Inquire to learn more.

What do we talk about on a consultation call?
During this initial call we will get a general idea of what you're looking for and tell you about our approaches in therapy to make sure I'm the best fit for you. If it feels like a good fit, then we'll schedule a time for our first session.
What type of payment do you accept?
Prior your first session, we ask you to put a credit card on file in Simple Practice's secure payment system. We accept all major credit cards. At the end of each session, your card will be charged.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the full session fee if you provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late to a session, you may lose some of that session time.
